Soft Spot - Europe
By Olo Company
It is a circus show with a juggler, handstand artist, wooden planks and 300 wine glasses. Everyone has held a wine glass, everyone has broken a wine glass.
Since childhood we have built an exciting relationship with this everyday object but what happens when two artists manipulate and test the physical limits of the glass under the bewildered gaze of the audience?
“Soft Spot” is a 55 minute duo show with a juggler, a hand stander, a few hundred wine glasses and wooden planks. This indoor show is a meticulously composed ode to vulnerability suited for a mixed audience from 7 years old. The 30 minute version is made for younger audiences as well as school classes. It is very adaptable and can therefore be performed both outside and inside.
Soft spot is a gem of a show, where the fragile and poetic are balanced with humor and playfulness in a unique and brilliant way. The equilibrist stage artists Arttu and Stina are also a joy to collaborate with off stage! I strongly recommend this show, a must-booking for you as an organizer and for all ages to experience!

ABOUT OLO COMPANY
ARTTU LAHTINEN & STINA OTTERSTRÖM
Arttu Lahtinen and Stina Otterström are circus artists with distinct disciplines and a shared passion for performance.
Arttu is a Finnish juggler with a special interest in round objects. In 2018, he graduated from the Dance and Circus University (DOCH) in Stockholm with an act later presented at the prestigious Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Paris. He is known for his mesmerizing and calm ring juggling style, often incorporating intricate body rolls. Outside of circus, Arttu enjoys needle felting tiny characters while binge-watching TV series.
Stina is a Swiss circus artist specializing in aerial rope and handstands. She grew up surrounded by circus in Geneva before also graduating from DOCH in Stockholm. Her work spans a wide range of performances, from being a mover for the Royal Opera in Stockholm to performing as an eccentric character in the aerial street show Born to be Wild in France.
Together, their dynamic blends precision, strength, and playfulness—on and off stage, where Stina particularly enjoys throwing things at Arttu.
